Show Me a Story Blog Blast and Book Giveaway!

Kids approach going back to school in many different ways some can't wait and others wait in dread but kids everywhere are going to love learning the art of storytelling with our new book, Show Me a Story! Written by teacher and crafter Emily K. Neuburger, Show Me a Story presents 40 craft projects and activities designed to jump-start the imaginations of children of all ages — to get kids to turn off the TV, engage in imaginative play, and connect with the world around them by telling stories about it.

Over the last few weeks — just in time for back-to-school crafters, homeschoolers, and moms across the country have been sharing Show Me a Story with their families, and starting Monday they'll be sharing their experiences with the book in a blast across the blogosphere!

Along with reviews and tales of crafty storytelling adventures, each of the 30+ participating blogs will also be offering a giveaway copy of the book to one of their readers. Posts will appear throughout the month; make sure to follow the blogs below for your chance to win:

Came over from Crafty Crow. The samples she shared from the book were wonderful! I will buy this book if I don't win, as I would like to use these ideas with my granddaughter. My daughter-in-law has a daycare in her home and many of the ideas would be great "educational" activities to do with the kids. You can never go wrong with making learning a fun experience.
