A Twist on Tradition Thanksgiving Menu

Storey has great cookbooks, terrific cookbook authors, and amazing recipes. A Twist on Tradition Thanksgiving Menu

Hors d’oeuvres:

• Cheese board with Crab Apple Mostarda and Sweet Cider-Onion Marmalade
• Caramelized Onion, Grafton Cheddar, and Apple Tart
• Rosemary Roasted Hazelnuts
• Smoked Trout mashed into some crème fraîche and smeared on a griddled baguette

Soups:

• Curried Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup
• Crab Bisque

Salads:

• Arugula, Beet, and Blue Cheese Salad
• Sage-Roasted Fall Vegetable Salad
• Smoked Trout with watercress, lemon, and fresh herbs

Main course:

• Cider-Brined Turkey with Rosemary and Thyme
• Sausage and Apple Stuffing
• Quail with Oyster Stuffing

Side dishes:

• Potato Gratin with Dinah’s Cheese and Pancetta
• Roasted Carrots with Mustard and Dill
• Homemade Applesauce
• Hashed Brussels Sprouts
