A Twist on Tradition Thanksgiving Menu
Hors d’oeuvres:
- Cheese board with Crab Apple Mostarda and Sweet Cider-Onion Marmalade
- Caramelized Onion, Grafton Cheddar, and Apple Tart
- Rosemary Roasted Hazelnuts
- Smoked Trout mashed into some crรจme fraรฎche and smeared on a griddled baguette
